Solar-pedal-electric-and-oh-yeah-maybe-some-gas car, anyone?

Another cool link over at inhabitat: a Hungarian company has developed a hybrid car that not only flips between electric and fossil fuel power, but has solar panels on the roof for short trips and pedals at the feet of each passenger. Makes me think of Fred Flintstone.
