Some day I’d like to MP3 my record collection, so I can make “Cosby Sings!” and “Cha-Cha and Meringue with Tony and Maria” and “At the Caribou” (a Toronto bar for Newfoundlanders) available to all.
In the meantime, there’s the 365 Days project, which gives us “Trek Bloopers”, not to mention “Sexual Adventures in Marriage” and this audio letter (which I haven’t listened to all of yet), in which a woman talks about how in love she is with the person she’s talking to – and meanwhile, we never know whether the tape ever reached its intended recipient and if so if it was subsequently lost or given away or just how it found its way to the dumpster.
